It's a better day. Tyler and Makenzie both ate well this morning for Mom. Kenzie finished in about 5 minutes more than Tyler, instead of 15 or 20 minutes. Tyler now weighs 4 lb 11 oz and Kenzie is at 4 lb 8.5 oz. Things keep getting checked off the list that has to be finished before they can go home. Last night Chele got her CPR certification so that's one more box. Every step is a step closer.
And Mom and Konner made it home fine. Konner was thrilled when they pulled in the driveway. He walked all through the house looking around and touching things. Then Dad pulled up outside, and Konner started the "Daddy" dance. He bangs on the front door, dances around, and hollers "Daddy, Daddy, Daddy!" They wrestled and played, and last I heard were still going strong.
Mom, Dad and Konner will head back to the hospital tomorrow morning, and on Saturday afternoon Dad will have to go back home for work on Sunday.
