to Thursday evening. It's been less than a wonderful three days. Konner was much better, then worse, then better, then worse . . . it turns out both ears were infected, and every time we would think he was fine, we would go somewhere and he would throw up everywhere.
Duh -- he was getting carsick.
So now we are keeping him CLOSE to home (Mimi's), and he has been fine. The ear infections are better; the medicine has caused a few other problems, but he is making headway.
The babies are still in Lubbock. Mom and Dad got back there this afternoon, after making sure Mom wasn't going to carry anything viral to them. Tyler is 5 lb 4 oz and Kenzie is 5 lb 2 oz. They slipped back a little so they weren't ready to go home Wednesday, which is a blessing in disguise because Konner was sick and couldn't have gone home with them.
Tyler got blood today so it may now be Saturday before they head home. Mom and Dad are taking carseats up tonight at 8:00, and we'll see how things go.
