The IVs are gone! The only tube that's left is the feeding tube, and our goal now is just to eat and gain weight (something Mimi could teach them a lot about!).
The plan is to move them out of the incubator and into a single isolette this afternoon sometime, and let them bond. We are told this will help twins immensely, so we may have some real heavyweights soon. :)
Konner got to see through the window into the NICU and was able to see a glimpse of Kenzie. He can say Kenzie and Tyler if you know what you just asked him to say. He thought the baby was interesting for about .5 seconds, and then wanted to get down and run around. So he did.
I told Makenzie we need to go shopping, and she wrapped her hand around my finger. Tyler wasn't into shopping but listened politely while I told him about the things we play at Mimi's, like Play-Doh and paint, and that we can eat cereal on the coffee table if we want. Of course, that is a Brian rule, and I'm not sure it will hold for little people. That might get a little too messy for even Mimi.
Mom is napping and will go to the hospital for the 5:00 bottles. She is feeling better and even had the energy to shop a little.
We are so grateful for the prayers. We are truly blessed.
